Bill's '98 STS

This here is Bill's STS. Very nice! I will post some show car pics when we finish this beauty.

This is a "custom" show car build, so be sure to watch this awesome job!!!!

We have some special things going into this STS, so don't miss it; one of a kind project.

Yes we have started it.

This beauty is under the knife. Alot of technical designing is going on.
There will be lots of photos as we progress.

The motor is is being built.
The Studs have been installed and the motor will be rebuilt in just a couple of days and set aside until Mike has completed his work.

Machined and honed!

True art form.

Header mock up.

Block is built and awaiting the heads. Custom work is nearly finished. I limited what you see here until the headers are ready to be unveiled.
So hang in there, should be real exciting.

We received the ceramic coated headers back complete today and it was on!

Well folks, we did it, the first ever of its kind, headers for the transverse engine in a Cadillac

These Headers and Y pipe have been designed and handcrafted to fit this '98 STS to limit restriction and increase horsepower.

The ceramic coating was done by FinishLine Coatings of Portland, Oregon.

1 inside coat 2 outside coats.
The Black ceramic has the highest insulation value of all ceramic coatings, designed to keep the exhaust gas at the proper temperature.

Notice that the new Y pipe has its own collecor. This is of course a great improvement over the factory Y pipe. Also notice the dual flex pipes. Unlike the fctory original single flex pipe, the inside of our flex pipe results in less restricted exhaust flow.
